Omniborders Installation Guide

Welcome to the Omniborders installation guide! This document will help you install Omniborders from BigCommerce Marketplace, guiding you through the installation process one step at a time. The installation process can take as little as 10 minutes.

Step 1. Access to https://login.bigcommerce.com/login and login to your store.


Step 2. Move to BigCommerce marketplace

2.1 Click on "Apps" in the side menu to move to application management.


2.2 Move to “My Apps” submenu, choose “My Draft Apps” and click OmniBorders to install.


Step 3. Install OmniBorders

3.1 Click on “Install” button to start the process.


3.2 Click on “Confirm” button to accept OmniBorders requests in your BigCommerce Store.


Step 4. Install OmniBorders

4.1 Select modules that you want to install. There are 9 modules that will be checked by default.

  • Multi-channel listing

  • Sales

  • Inventory

  • Invoicing

  • Accounting

  • CRM

  • Email Marketing

  • Helpdesk

  • Purchase

4.2 In the next step, you can customize your URL that we provide for you to log in to OmniBorders.

4.3 Click on “NEXT” button to finish setting up.


4.4 Wait about 2 minutes to complete the process. 


4.5 When the process is completed, a message will be displayed and you can access to OmniBorder by clicking the “here” button.

Step 5. Synchronize store data (optional)

For the first time, OmniBoders asks to synchronize your store data or you can skip this step and do it later.

If you choose “Yes”, we will show three options including:

  • Products data

  • Customers data

  • Orders data 

You can check which one you want to synchronize. Please note that, if you check orders products and customers will be checked.


Click "Sync" to start syncing data or cancel this step. 

Click "Close" to complete the process.

Now, your store has been connected to OmniBorders successfully.
